She has experience in SMEs development and promotions, Business Management, Human resources development and project management for 20 years. Shoma Kibende is an economist and holder of Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). Additionally, she has a certificate on project management and gender and has played a pivotal role in the Ministry of Industry and Trade at the Small Industries Development Organization as Planning officers, Singida Regional Manager and Director of Investment and Marketing and currently working with Public Private Partnership Centre (PPPC), oversees the Human resources management, planning and monitoring and financial resources management. The extensive expertise in human, business and financial management plus economist professional is a key asset to the performance and success of managing human resources, coordinate, facilitate and supports partnership projects in the organization.
