He initially worked as an Accountant in both private and public sector organizations before becoming a Financial Analyst at the Ministry of Finance and the PPP Centre. With vast knowledge and experience in financial analysis, accounting, project management, and the development and appraisal of PPP Projects, he has acquired his expertise through various training institutions, workshops, and seminars. Mr. Saibull has actively participated in several technical working groups, making significant contributions to the development and appraisal of PPP Projects.
