Joachim Anselim Lekisetu is a Professional Auditor and Financial Expert. He is a highly experienced and registered professional auditor (ACPA-PP) with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) Tanzania. With over 12 years of extensive experience, he has built a distinguished career working at the Institute of Social Work (ISW) and the Ministry of Finance. He is also an active member of the Tanzania chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), where he continues to contribute his expertise to the auditing and accounting fields.

Joachim holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Dar es Salaam and an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from St. Augustine University of Tanzania. His solid academic foundation is complemented by practical expertise in leading accounting software, including MUSE, Sage Pastel Evolution, and Business Enterprise. He is also highly proficient in International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and the International Professional Practice Framework (IPPF), making him a trusted advisor in the public sector.

His work has included conducting special investigative audits, verifying government debts, and delivering comprehensive training programs to government internal auditors. His involvement in consulting and advisory engagements has also seen him develop critical guidelines, policies, regulations, and programs in the areas of risk management, strategic planning, financial management, and operations for various government institutions.
