Biography
Jackson William Musiba is a distinguished procurement and infrastructure governance expert with over 16 years of high-impact experience directly aligned with the core operational and strategic needs of governments and multilateral development banks. His career uniquely combines first-hand mega-project execution, national regulatory reform, and large-scale institutional capacity building. Musiba holds MSc in Supply Chain Management (Distinction) from Coventry University, UK. He is Certified Procurement and Supplies Professional (CPSP) and Certified Procurement and Supplies Auditor in Tanzania.
