Moses Mbwambo is currently Head of Finance and Accounts at PPP Centre having 15 years of experience in public sector financial management, holding Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance (MAF), Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy (PGDA), Advanced Diploma in Accountancy (ADA), and Diploma in International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) issued by NBAA.

He is an Associate Member of Certified Public Accountant (ACPA) registered with National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) Tanzania. He has played a pivotal role in the Ministry of Finance Vote 50's achievement of the Best Presented Financial Statements Awards from 2021 to 2023. At the Public Private Partnership Centre (PPPC), Moses oversees the PPP Facilitation Fund, monitors financial resources, and ensures the accurate preparation of financial statements. His extensive expertise in financial management and reporting makes him a key asset to the PPP Centre.
