Deonisia Max Karumuna is a seasoned statistician with over 25 years of experience in the public and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as a head of planning, monitoring and evaluation schedule at the PPP Centre, Deonisia has a rich background in data management, research, and project evaluation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics from the University of Dar es Salaam, a Master’s in Statistics, and a PhD in Business Administration from Universidad Central de Nicaragua. Her expertise extends to database administration, research methods, gender budgeting and strategic planning.
