Innocent Arbogast Mauki is an economist with 17 years of public service experience, including 12 years in senior management. He holds a Master’s Degree in International and Development Economics from the University of Applied Sciences Berlin, a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and a Diploma in Health Financing from InWEnt, Germany. Additionally, he is an APMG Certified PPP Professional (CP³P) Foundation, highlighting his specialized knowledge in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).

Mauki’s leadership has been instrumental in promoting and coordinating Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects aimed at improving public infrastructure and service delivery. His strategic vision and collaborative approach have significantly contributed to developing and implementing key PPP initiatives, fostering strong partnerships between the public and private sectors
