PPP-CENTRE and WAJIBU to Seek Solutions to Partnership Project Delays.

The Public-Private Partnership Centre (PPP-Centre) has signed an agreement with a civil society organization known as GOOD GOVERNANCE (WAJIBU) to conduct a special study to identify the causes of delays in partnership projects in the country. The agreement, signed by the Executive Director of PPP-CENTRE, David Kafulila, and the Director of WAJIBU, Ludovick Utouh, was concluded today in Morogoro Region.
Speaking to the media, Kafulila said the study will examine policies, laws, and institutional systems in order to provide policy and strategic recommendations that will accelerate project implementation with efficiency, transparency, and benefits to citizens.
“The purpose of signing this contract is to find answers on the best way to implement partnership projects quickly, so that citizens can benefit in a timely manner and with transparency,” Kafulila said.
