ppp-centre trains Government Advocates on Management and Implementation of ppp contracts.

The Public-Private Partnership Centre (PPP-CENTRE) is conducting a three-day training for Government representatives in Dodoma, aimed at enabling them to understand in depth the concepts, laws and management of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contracts. Opening the training on October 7, 2025, the Solicitor General, Hon. Hamza Johari, emphasized the importance of ensuring that national interests are given priority in the negotiation and implementation of PPP contracts so that these projects bring benefits to Tanzanians.
For his part, the Director of Legal Services from PPP-CENTRE, Ms. Flora Tenga, said the training aims to build the capacity of government representatives to carefully manage PPP contracts and protect national interests. A participant from the Office of the Solicitor General, Mr. Stanslaus Silayo, thanked the PPP-Centre for the training, saying it will help them enter into effective contracts and reduce the risk of losses in PPP projects.
