Dr. Suleiman is a highly skilled and experienced National Strategies (NSS) specialist who has a deep understanding of National strategic areas of interest in alignment with the sustainable development goals framework. With over 15 years of experience in working with public sector, he has successful delivered various multinational companies to operate locally in the strategic areas such as Information Technology infrastructural solutions, Real Estate and Massive constructions, Agricultural mechanization and related inputs and played a key role in the resource mobilization for Strategic investment projects through his regional and international networks.

As a National Strategy (NSS) Specialist, Dr. Suleiman has a unique combination of Strategic, Security and business administration plus finance skills, which enables him to understand and structure for implementation Investment programs that promote Public Private Producer Partnership (PPPP). He is committed to delivering exceptional results in his work.

Dr. Suleiman plays a crucial role in the success of PPP projects by utilizing his knowledge in business structuring, legal compliance, negotiation, and contracting. Dr. Suleiman holds a Degree of Philosophy in National Strategy from the Defense College of Nasser Higher Military Academy in Egypt, a degree of Master of Strategic and Security Studies from National Defence College, a degree of Master of Business Administration in Corporate Management from Mzumbe University and an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from Tanzania Institute of Accountancy. He is accredited member of AMPG International hold Foundation Certificate of CP3P (1), currently acting as the Head of Project Appraisal Schedule of Tanzania Public Private Partnership Centre (PPPC), a government institution operating under the Ministry of Finance mandated with Promotion, Coordination and facilitation the Public Private Engagement in Tanzania.
