Rehema Msemo is the Head of Schedule of Administration and Human Resource Management with 15 years of experience. She has a Masters of Human Resource, Postgraduate Diploma of Diplomacy, Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership at Uongozi Institute, Bachelor of Public Administration and  Human Resource Management. She has  competence in human resource, leadership skills and diplomatic matters. For the past 15 years, she has worked as a Human Resource Officer at the President's Office Public Service Management and Good Governance, the Ministry of Finance and now leading the HR schedule at the Public Private Partnership Centre. With vast knowledge and experience in human resource, diplomatic and leadership skills, she has acquired her expertise through various training institutions, attending workshops, and seminars. Ms. Rehema has actively participated in several technical working groups, making significant contributions to the establishment of PPP Centre.
